Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by the original order number and Merchandise Return Form. Please allow 10-12 business days from the time your return is received for us to process your return and exchange. It is recommended that all returns be shipped with a tracking number.
The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
